Azerbaijan Khiung-fò-koet (Azerbaijan-ngî : Azərbaycan Respublikası)) he yit-ke vi-yî ngoi Kavkaz tûng-phu ke khiam Thai-liu̍k ke Chúng-thúng chṳ, Hièn-fap Khiung-fò chṳ ke koet-kâ, só chhú thi-khî he lièn-chiap tûng êu fò Sî-Â ke sṳ̍p-sṳ lu-khiéu [chu 1], tûng-lìm Lî-hói, nàm chiap Iran, sî piên fò Armenia, Thú-ngí-khì khi̍p Gruzia vì lìn, pet kie Ngò-lò-sṳ̂. Azerbaijan ke yit-khoài fî thi Nakhchivan chhṳ-chhṳ Khiung-fò-koet, lâu Thú-ngí-khì tûng-pet-phu yû séu thon chiap-yòng. koet miàng lòi-chhṳ yî kú Pô-sṳ̂-ngî, yi vì “ fó ke koet-kâ ”[1].
