Ngiòng-theu-fú

Liá-piên "Ngiòng-theu-fú" ke ya̍p-mien he pha̍k-fa-sṳ, yû hon-sṳ lièn-kiet"客家釀豆腐" ke ya̍p-mien chhai liá-hong tiám-chhut.
Hak-kâ Yòng-theu-fú Hak-kâ miàng-chhoi. "Yòng" he yit-ke Hak-kâ-fa thûng-chhṳ̀, péu-sṳ "chhṳ̍t-ngi̍p hàm-liau" ke yi-sṳ.
