Also realised that SVGOMG actually ungroups the objects (but not the clipped ones, and stuff), as noticed once the file has been opened in Inkscape, assuming that groups are part of the ‘editor data’ category. Otherwise, everything is practically the same.

The small white lines are equidistant, and also as clones clipped on the shield object. Geometry is now practically symmetrical, and somehow rounded the transforms to mostly a whole number (in pixels). Reduced file size using SVGOMG, and grouped everything together. Unsure if the colours should match the national flag of Malaysia itself, I kept the same colours. Overall, a little change has been done to the flag.
